This is the total amount of personal disk space that is given to a single user. This includes calendar, tasks, notes and contacts. If you need more space you can always add additional 3 GB increments for $8.95/month.

Month-to-Month Contract
When you decide to sign up for a Hosted Exchange account with Best Technology you do not need to sign a yearly contract. The service is based on a month to month contract and there are no cancellation fees. Your account will be opened instantly as soon as your order is approved.
Administrative Support Team
When you use Exchange Cloud, you’ll get access to Best Technology’s dedicated support staff–real human beings who can assist you with administrative changes as well as troubleshooting.
Setup Fee is $0 :
When you sign up for Exchange Cloud service with Best Technology there is absolutely no setup fees unlike many other providers.

With Exchange Cloud, you will be able to set auto replies if you’re out of the office or on vacation and unlimited alias and filters.

Best Technology enables you to use distribution list with your Hosted Exchange account.

Exchange allows you to have your own calendar but if you want you can also share its content with other people in your organization.

Hosted Exchange allows you to have and manage a corporate address book where all the contacts in the organization are stored in a shared public folder and can be accessed by virtually anyone in the organization.
Group Scheduling with Real-Time Availability
Hosted Exchange allows a user to schedule a group meeting by inviting fellow employees to join a meeting. The user is also able to see who is available and at what time so that he can plan a meeting when everybody is free.

Exchange Cloud allows you to wirelessly synchronize any PDA that uses active sync. You can therefore receive all your Outlook information in real time in the palm of your hand. Using Exchange Cloud, you’ll be able to synchronize your email with Blackerry Internet Service provided by your wireless carrier.
Supported Protocols: POP, IMAP, SMTP, RPC over HTTPS
RPC over HTTPS (Remote Procedure Call through secure http) is an encrypted connection mode (with a 128bits SSL certificate) that allows your Outlook to act as if our Exchange servers were located on your local network.
The classic POP, SMTP and IMAP protocols are also available. The use of RPC over HTTPS requires Windows XP or later.
