Best Technology was founded in Cleveland, Ohio in 2006.  Our mission is to enable the success of our clients through best practices, sound I.T. consulting, and expert technology support.  Today, we serve business clients throughout Detroit, Toledo, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, and Ft. Myers.

We offer a 100% domestic help desk as well as management consulting, repair services, expert equipment and software purchasing, and managed technology services. We help companies large and small in nearly every industry, some with their own I.T. staff and others without.

Today Best Technology offers a national helpdesk, full-spectrum I.T. consulting and local network support across the country.

Our company is a two-time winner of the prestigious Golden 30 Award for world-class business performance, and the winner of the Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead 100 Award for contributions to the economic success of our community. Helmed by CEO Ted Wallingford, a recognized leader in the industry of unified communications, Best Technology has managed consistent growth since day one.  Ted’s experience includes I.T. management, executive I.T., and consulting.  He has written two technology books published by O’Reilly Media.

In addition, Best Technology’s staff maintains a baseline of technical certifications. CompTIA A+, the standard of personal computing repair and support, is held by all members of our support staff. In addition, we have subject matter experts related to Cisco, Microsoft, Sonicwall, Digium, and other best-of-breed solutions.

Best Technology’s headquarters is in the Great Lakes Technology Park in Elyria, Ohio. It also offers a presence in downtown Cleveland, Ohio and Ft. Myers, Florida.
